Also, City Planning [CP] sd b revamped as well 2 include how Commissioners on CP are chosen. There is no public vote for who sits on NYC CP Commission. In fact there needs 2b an overhaul to include HPD in determining how bldgs, apt space & pricing (in general) is done in NYC!!!

Ms Rainey, a community Elder had plans 4 a rooftop garden on top of Multicultural center & Library planned 4 North Harlem. Unfortunately, no help from ur office regarding that. North Harlem got an inadequately sized Library which is now a Teen Center #TooBad4NorthHarlem.
