It’s been over a month since we sent an official letter to NYCHA regarding the conditions at Bushwick Houses. The tenants are doing everything right, but there is zero accountability for the much needed repairs and vermin infestations.

Black and Brown people are often misguided when it comes to accountability when they are impacted. There are several ENTITIES that can be held accountable, even NYCHA. The medical records & cause of death of those harmed alive and deceased is enough for a class action lawsuit❗️

Both elevators was out on Sunday in one of Holmes Towers buildings. I spoke to several residents that are seniors and disabled that was unable to leave their Unit. On Saturday they only had one working elevator most of the day. #MakeThisMakeSense #CriminalNegligence Sat pic
