Rochester International Airport has received 3.28" of rain so far today. This set a new daily record for September 22. The previous record was 1.70" in 1959. This also made it the 6th wettest September day. It is the wettest September day since September 4, 2018 (3.32").

Dense fog is widespread across SE Minnesota early this morning, reducing visibilities to 1/2 mile or less. Over to the east in Wisconsin, there are pockets of thick fog but they seem to be more patchy in nature. Exercise caution on your travels early this morning #mnwx #wiwx

An EF-0 tornado has been confirmed in the town of Mount Sterling, WI from Monday Sept 22 with max winds of 75 mph. The tornado caused minor damage to corn, an outbuilding, silo, and residences (mainly roof shingles). #wiwx
