A few scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely to pop-up Tuesday morning. Not all locations will get rain or thunder, with scattered areas from central into northeast WI. North-central WI looks dry. Meanwhile, temps will be cooler. #wiwx

Lingering showers and a few rumbles of thunder are expected this morning south of HWY 29. Periods of moderate to heavy rain return Wed and continue into Thu. The region is expected to turn dry by the end of the week. Temps are forecast to return to the 80s by this weekend. #wiwx

Periods of showers with a few thunderstorms will be possible beginning this afternoon today through Thursday night. Highest rainfall amounts are forecast across central and northern WI. #wiwx

In addition to the heavy rain potential there will be a brief window for severe storms to develop Thursday afternoon/evening. Strong wind gusts will be the main concern with any storms that do develop. Hail and localized flooding will also be possible. #wiwx

Another round of showers/storms arrives this afternoon and evening. Highest rainfall amounts are forecast south of Hwy 29 and over the Northwoods. Localized urban flooding and ponding of water on roads will be possible, along with minor river flooding and increased flows. #wiwx
