After a day of fasting, it was wonderful to attend the first North West Ambulance Service Iftar alongside colleagues from across all areas of the Trust. Good food, good company, and an opportunity to learn more about the Muslim faith.

Last night, to commemorate Ramadan, we hosted our first-ever Iftar event🎉

‘Iftar’ refers to breaking the fast. Around 100 colleagues and family members attended the event to network, learn from each other and enjoy a delicious dinner.
