Yesterday the Army announced that BG Brandon Anderson will follow me as the 24th CG of the NTC. I have known Brandon for many years- he is a great innovator, superb warfighter, and caring leader. Fort Irwin will be in great hands. Change of command will occur this summer date TBD

Really appreciate SoCal Edison responding so quickly on a Saturday. Nine crews members on site way out beyond Coyote lake getting our power back on line. Still estimate 1900 tonight to restore power. @NTC_update

Fort Irwin- as many of you already know, when the power came on at 1800 yesterday it disabled AT&T service across post. Our team has been working on this all day and think we may have a solution by late tonight. If not, we will continue to work this early tomorrow. Details below.
