Open now! A new 25 bed shelter is operating daily on the Halifax Commons from now until March 31st. The Pavilion, located at 5816 Cogswell Street is open to folks in need from 9PM-9AM. The shelter replaces the temporary shelter that was out of the George Dixon Centre.
