Warmer weather is on the way in Nebraska and week 4 of the Safety in Sport Campaign shows how vital hydration is to track athletes. Athletic trainers understand how important being hydrated is and can educate how much water athletes should be drinking. #ATSafetyinSport

Week 3 of the Safety in Sport Campaign focuses on asthma. It is estimated that 1 in 13 people have asthma in the US. Asthma attacks can completely stop athletic performance and lead to serious harm if untreated. ATs can recognizing and help treat asthma attacks. #ATSafetyinSport
