🚨HERO WOD Day🚨 • I couldn’t be more proud to have not 1, but 2 amazing fitness classes who had the mental and physical grit to complete a grueling workout in honor of our 9/11 fallen heroes. • They always know that Hero WOD day is tough, but are ready to sacrifice.
