The weight room is not just about getting stronger. It is about getting tougher, more disciplined, and more committed to the team around you. Preparation transforms you. It not only transforms your body but your mind.

9x’s out of 10 the Culture of a Football program is based in the Weight Room. Teams that do the job in weight room usually find success on the gridiron.

Anyone with a beating pulse should be using creatine. Your grandma or grandpa who wants to stay healthy and strong to fight off age related muscle loss and dementia should be using creatine. Women who want to lose fat and gain lean mass should use creatine. Young athletes

Coaches, you can't help a student athlete who isn't willing to help themselves. I sat and talked with a kid for 45-min and told him exactly what to eat to build muscle, how to recover, and to optimize his training sessions. I gave him several example meal plans and told him

Are you the type of teammate who raises the bar, holds others accountable, and never lets your teammates settle for less than their best?

Jump kids early & often. It’s one of the only things they can’t do slow. It’s impossible. Just stacking days with my lil man!!

🚨Coach doesn’t like me and isn’t giving me any reps. ‼️His rep is your rep! 🔑When he gets coached, you get coached. 💥If you want to be elite, do this every rep when you are in line

When #basketball athletes are even just 2%😟 dehydrated shooting: 🏀3-pt decreased 18% 🏀Free-throw fell 11% 📉Avg sprint times = 4 sec. slower & total lateral movement times were 5 sec. slower. ⏱️Fluid & electrolytes are key to support focus, power, speed, muscle 💪during play

"We don't do that in our program." "That's not good enough." "We need more from you." "We're better than that." "You've got to step up." "This can't happen." When your athletes say these things to their teammates, you've got: - GREAT LEADERSHIP - FULL ACCOUNTABILITY #CultureWins

Culture doesn’t fall apart all at once. It erodes. One skipped rep, one eye roll, one excuse at a time. Drip by drip… That’s why great coaches protect the standard, every day.

Parent Reminder: Coaches are human beings, and we all make mistakes. When we take the whistle off, we are husbands/wives and parents as well. Most of our families would appreciate it if we quit coaching altogether. Instead, we sacrifice time with our own kids to be with yours.
