Tonight, we announced that NJ TRANSIT and the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen have agreed to a fair and fiscally responsible contract. Regular rail service will resume on Tuesday morning, as it takes 24 hours to inspect and prepare tracks and rail cars before returning to a full service schedule.
