The platform procured from Induction Healthcare Group has an inbuilt reporting tool that includes an end-of-call survey. Around 160k responses have been collected to date.

The tool also allows demographic data to be collected. This important functionality allows analysis to inform the Equality Impact Assessment. So far use has been in line with census data. We developed this with support from Technology Enabled Care Cymru πŸ™

Feedback consistently shows high levels of satisfaction with 97% of respondents stating they would use again and 92% of respondents stating they were either happy or very happy with the video call.πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈπŸ˜€

Disadvantages of video calling were reported at a much lower level. The biggest disadvantages reported were due to poor internet and poor audio and video quality.☹️ This is why Community Hubs are an important part of the plan ALISS

The benefits of reducing infection risk decreased during the data collection period between 2021 and 2023. Nevertheless, infection risks have not gone away. Colds, flu, norovirus, and COVID-19 are still prevalent and can spread quickly.
