NHC has released the Tropical Cyclone Report for Hurricane #Lidia (October 3-11, 2023). Lidia made landfall in sparsely settled area of Jalisco, Mexico, south-southwest of Puerto Vallarta as a category 4 hurricane and took the lives of 2 people.

NHC has released the Tropical Cyclone Report for Tropical Storm #Pilar (October 28-November 5, 2023). Although the center of Pilar remained offshore, heavy rains spread over Central America causing flooding and four fatalities.
