While giving his keynote speech at the Speech at the #CSOConventionUG25,Dr.Stephen notes that Uganda’s NGO sector still faces serious gaps that need urgent attention. Registration & regulatory processes remain slow and inefficient, & many NGOs are formed without a strong purpose.
