Our FY21 numbers are in! From July 2020 through June 2021, our NFN nurses were able to serve 321 caregivers and 358 babies with a total of 1,702 nurse home visits! We're so thankful for our NFN community that allows us to serve our families in Middle Tennessee.

In FY21, 99.7% of NFN babies had a medical home! A priority of our nurses is to make sure families are set up for long term medical success. One of the first tasks on our nurse's lists is to make sure the baby/babies have an established PCP that they trust.

In FY21, 99% of NFN babies did not experience an injury from a household safety hazard. Our nurses educate our client families on proper infant safety to make sure our caregivers feel confident in caring for their baby!

In FY21, 99% of NFN families were practicing safe sleep! Safe Sleep for an infant means Alone, on their Back, in a Crib. Unsafe sleeping conditions such as co-sleeping or putting toys and pillows in a crib with the baby can lead to injury or death. buff.ly/3om7gaJ

Finally in FY21, 100% of NFN babies avoided hospitalization for preventable reasons. This is an outcome we are particularly proud of because it indicates that parents have the support and resource they need to keep their child safe!
