As part of Patient Experience Week we are highlighting the work of one of our Involvement Representatives... today Jess Larter joined the Quality Support Team at Kent & Medway Adolescent Hospital to help provide a platform for the patients and carers to voice.

Patient Experience Week - 29 April to 3 May - is an internationally recognised week to raise awareness about the importance of good patient experience. This week, the Patient Experience Team at NELFT will be highlighting some of the excellent work our teams are doing.
