Randomly scrolling for something to stream and fall asleep to last night and stumbled upon #Pilgrim , a #HuluOriginal , one of the last movies I did. I play one of the moms at an ill-fated Thanksgiving celebration. Inspired by a true story.

Happy #AAPIHeritageMonth ! #NigelNg 's show at the #Palladium was incredible! I only randomly knew him as #UncleRoger because his #YouTube videos were brought up at a work meeting once. Had no idea he is so #quickwitted as were ALL of the comics in his show.

They all slayed and we laughed so hard the entire night. Especially love #intelligent #humor and the fact he randomly asked a newly graduated senior from HS to come up and sing because she shared that she would go on to study musical theater...

Happy #MothersDay to everyone! I hope you are able to spend some quality time with your Mom today. Not a day goes by where I don't think about mine. Small things remind me of her and make me smile.

She was such an incredible woman, coming here from a war-torn country with nothing but the clothes she had on and me in tow. She raised an amazing family and sent three kids to college and then went on to support us in all of our dreams.

I remember as my career was starting to take off out here in Los Angeles, my Mother would fly out here and just hang out for a weekend or week with me because she missed me and if couldn't come to her, she would make the effort to see me.

I would come home from work and she would be sitting on my futon (remember those), drinking a Heineken and watching QVC (she loved watching. Hehehe... our Amazon now) and buying random things for my home. If only I could come home now and see her sitting on my couch...

I don't regret much in my life, except for the fact I wish I had spent more time with my Mother. When she got diagnosed with ALS, I started going back to Houston more often, but ahhhhh... time started going by so fast then.

She created so many. Special memories for us that I will always have and cherish. So tonight I will raise my glass to her memory. Cheers to mine and yours! 🥂🕊💐

The lighter penguin is an elderly female whose partner died this year. The darker one is a younger male who lost his partner two years ago. Biologists have followed them as they meet every night to comfort each other. They stand for hours together watching the lights.
