The National Centre for Nuclear Robotics focuses on the actual use of robotics in the real world. We work on taking humans out of dangerous environments. #TwinklTeach

We definitely agree and are working on ways to make humans and robots work together safely and efficiently making jobs more fun! #TwinklTeach

We are currently developing novel sensors to discover the world and create immersive model 3D representations that people can interact with #TwinklTeach

Robotics is important because it allows us to safely explore new extreme environments without risk to human life and expand human knowledge in ways we could not previously have imagined #TwinklTeach

Not only dangerous jobs but also repetitive and physically demanding roles can be done with humans controlling robots in a nice safe environment - perhaps while drinking a cup of tea 😀 #TwinklTeach

The future sits in the next generation's hands to show us what they need. Once washing machines and iPhones seemed inconceivable and now it's inconceivable to live without them #TwinklTeach
