Nice gesture, but will be a non-starter with a serious shortage of certified mental health service providers to provide services to our students. How can NYS incentivize this career path, or incentivize certified staff to move to NY?

This is great news for historically underfunded schools! We need to use our resources strategically this budget season in order to provide stability over the next few years with the real possibility of a recession.
