On Patrol! U.S. Coast Guard Law Enforcement Detachment embarked aboard USS Leyte Gulf (CG 55) conducts small boat operations in support of Joint Interagency Task Force South. Leyte Gulf is deployed to U.S. Southern Command to strengthen maritime partnerships and counter illicit-drug trafficking in the region.
