The appointment of Cachalia as acting Minister of police is confirmation of the uselessness of Deputy Minister role. The police ministry already has two deputy Ministers. Neither of them according to Mr.Ramaphosa are Minister material, despite "experience" in the police ministry.

So we now have two Ministers in SAPS Ministry. One still finishing off elsewhere, the other working from home with ALL the state facilities open to him. South Africa is becoming a joke.
