A4 I find that I have to start with run. If that foundation is not there I will encounter issues moving too fast to run. But the context matters. Sometimes the charge coming in requires rapid response. There you might have to lean into change. #CIOChat

During that time, I'd get a handle on the top 5 benchmarks + rebaseline them to see where I am.

Then I'd determine the top priorities of my key stakeholders + find benchmark on where I should be.
