Regardless how things may have unfolded in certain segments of the meeting - kudos to President Cyril Ramaphosa 🇿🇦 for standing up for his nation and shaping Africas story. It’s not necessary to prove yourself to people that wish to view the world in their own deformed reality.

Diplomacy thrives on consensus, not on a ‘this is what I think’ approach. We cannot foster diplomatic mutual respect while disregarding facts and promoting misinformation. Ironically, it is not non-democratic nations that are eroding democracy, but those that claim to uphold it.
