We had an insightful Day 1 of our Hands-on Training on Ecological Data Analysis Using GLMMs in R for Malaria Control. We covered an introduction to statistics, data visualization, and general linear models in R. Tomorrow, we continue with generalized linear models.🙏 Applied Malaria Modelling network (AMMnet)
Final Day: An insightful talk by Dr. Halfan Ngowo on why random effects matter in ecological data analysis using GLMMs. 🦟 We wrapped up with a practical session and certificate awards to participants and facilitators. Big thanks to Applied Malaria Modelling network (AMMnet) for funding. #DataScience #malaria
Please join me in wishing Prof. Mohamed Janabi the very best in tomorrow’s election
