Dear Scapia Federal Bank Ltd ticket number FBSRO003773597 that I raised on 4th August. Your support team is keep dragging it and keep asking me for the proof of transactions or statement even though knowing that statement is not generated.

Even though I already shared the transaction ID that is more than enough to pull the transaction details but they keep asking me for statement that is not generated yet.

It has been more than 18 days now and ticket remains unresolved. Now they asking for invoice which I have not collected for the UPI payments I made.

This is really disappointing and poor customer support experience. Can you tell me why it is hard for your team to pull the transaction details with the provided transaction IDs?
