Hola @vitastudent 👋😀! Just saying but did you know that #Glasgow has a tradition of saving great entrances to old buildings? They’re dotted all over the city in places like: the Gallowgate; Rottenrow; and Bellahouston Park. Why not do the same thing with the #ABC Cinema 🤔?!

Girvan is a great wee town on the Firth of Clyde. But as with many small Scottish towns they need traditional skills to help fix the historic buildings in the heart of town. Therefore, if you know about traditional skills within the area please fill in this survey 👀👇😉👍!

#MomentsOfBeauty in #Glasgow: James Boucher’s double fronted commercial building of 1875 addresses Nelson Mandela Place & West Nile Street with near identical facades. There’s a lovely air of Victorian fantasy about it with winged cats and Boucher’s love of botanical ornament 🥰!

Walked past the former #ABC #Glasgow Cinema at lunchtime and yes, the demolition squad are on site. Alas, it is hard not to interpret the symbolism of a mini digger in the most photogenic spot in front of the entrance as a two-fingered salute to those arguing for retention 🤨🥺!
