Is it possible the ‘prejudicial’ could related to criminal investigations in process? It’s the only explanation besides ‘embarrassing to govt/ADF I can imagine.

Malcolm Roberts is still trying to have the final report of the panel tasked with defence reform post-Afghanistan tabled. The report has no classified info, yet Marles has refused an order to table claiming it ‘may contain prejudicial information.’
