Mille 💫 Caelussy Starglazer 💫 Tbh Kiana isn't dumb either. I mean she is a little immature and very chaotic but when it comes to serious stuff, she actually does get serious. And even the "dumb" aspect of her character is only in the beginning.
LearningTheLaw Do you have any experience in game dev?
McDizzle Gaming "why doesn't every game have the same physics as the sandbox physics game from 20XX?!"
LearningTheLaw “Moving HIM out of place” Again exposing yourself for never having played these games. Kate is clearly not a man lmao”
LearningTheLaw Or hear me out, they didn’t need water to be anywhere near that level since it’s not a factor of the game. It’s a disingenuous comparison. Would make more sense if you used two games where water plays a part in the gameplay
LearningTheLaw 1. Are water physics at all relevant to the Star Wars game? 2. Do you have any idea how much it would cost to implement water physics in a game of Star Wars Outlaws' scope and scale?
LearningTheLaw this is such a hilariously bad faith argument, one of these's central aspects is water and interaction, This mechanic has no use in a game like Outlaws, Red Dead 2, Witcher 3 or any other game that exists. Terrible grift content
LearningTheLaw Ever heard of trade-offs before? Water is literally a core mechanic in Hydrophobia, so of course they’re going to render it with more intentional detail. You wanna know what Hydrophobia doesn’t have? Massive planets to explore lol.
LearningTheLaw When you’re done pretending you know anything about how game development works or the limitations it is tied to, lemme know so I can actually school you on how this shit works and why water in one game will look better than in another 🫡
