Today’s the big day for my colonoscopy! Clear liquids for the past 24 hrs, no liquids for 2 hrs before the procedure. I’ll be sedated so I arranged a ride. If the doctor finds a polyp they’ll remove it. More about colorectal cancer & cancer screenings: bit.ly/497zNts

👻While Halloween is the time to eat, drink, & be scary, it's also flu & RSV season, & typically when we see a rise in Covid. Wash your hands & wear a mask in crowds. The flu & RSV vaccines reduce the risk of illness & protect our most vulnerable citizens from getting infected.
