The confluence zone of Wstrly & estrly wind was in Punjab/Haryana/Delhi & these regions received moderate/hvy Rain. A blessing from nature & Almighty always to cherish,the spell rejuvenated not only the mountains & valleys,but also d happiness & joy in people's mind & heart. 2/2
