We have friends we'd never met, Americans who moved to England 20 years ago and opened a magical (no exaggeration) bookstore in Alfriston called Much Ado Books. We dropped in yesterday and had a MOST wonderful afternoon visiting. Some bookstores have a cat, they have a chicken.💖
