I want to see our allies go further. If their citizens illegally enter another country, they will not only take them back, but they will prosecute and jail them for their illegal activity that reflects poorly on their country.

It's interesting; we have some land in Peru, and I asked my wife, a Peruvian, what kind of permits do we need to build a house on our land. She looked at me like I was insane. She said we don't need anything to build our own home — such a third-world country.
