I hope everyone felt a little extra lucky today! I can not even begin to explain how lucky I feel to be a part of the amazing IAHPERD Illinois Assoc for Health, PE, Rec & Dance organization and my favorite part of being president is learning first hand just how amazing and hardworking the leaders of our organization are!

Ss learned about the importance of learning about our mental health. We learned about stress & what it does to our body & brain. Now we are learning strategies to overcome stress through mental health stations. Next we will create our own mental health toolkit! #healthed #iahperd

This weekend I presented about Meaningful Elementary PE to the Future Professionals of IAHPERD Illinois Assoc for Health, PE, Rec & Dance with my favorite lady Cindie Lou! Both presenters and future professionals were indeed "Powered by Purpose" and it made for a very impacful day! Great job Kelly Zerby & Ryan Regan
