Today GroveElementary our assistant principal came to do a writing lesson with my class! Students focused on using descriptive language to add lots of details to their haunted house writings! They were so engaged that they couldn’t even stay in their seats! #thrivinginthird

You know a school is between Thanksgiving and Winter break when the only soda left available in the workroom is caffeine free. #teacherproblems #soda #caffeine #teachers #iwantadrpepper

This week students learned how to think critically about the world around them. They read articles on the pros and cons of zoos, watched videos, and visited a zoo to help further their understanding. Students then formulated their own opinions afterwards. #engagedeagles
