I won a Makedo kit last year from DDSB STEM ! We’re making good use of it Carruthers Creek PS ! Students are working through the engineering design process and creating amazing structures!! So fun.

Every day I work with amazing #cupe members. They are kind, caring, compassionate people who go above and beyond their duties because they love what they do. They deserve a living wage. I can’t do my job without them! Schools can’t function without them! #IStandWithCUPE

A fun art activity using our thumbprint to create snow people. Easing our way back into creating by adding facial expressions and stories to art! My favourite is the snow person chasing after their head 🤣

What are you favourite tools or resources for teaching phonics? I have Heggerty which I use. But looking for any other great resources for junior grades!
