A VERY successful Heritage Day at Jenni Southmayd thanks to the planning and organization from Mrs. Jordan and Tawana Rivera! We learned about piñatas and created our own in Mexico 🇲🇽, learned about the culture of Barbados 🇧🇧 and Pakistan 🇵🇰, and danced our way through India 🇮🇳!

We spent a day in the life of a nineteenth century citizen at Hagley Mus. and Lib.! We learned calligraphy with a quill pen in “school”, made lemonade from scratch, explored life of a powder mill worker, and so much more! Jenni Southmayd
