I have been a teacher FCPS Region 3 for 3 years. Every year including a cultural diversity PD. At first, I thought it was just a matter of treating everyone equally. Now I know that is about acknowledging everyone’s differences, respecting them, and treating them with respect. πŸ§•πŸΌπŸ‘©πŸΌπŸ‘¦πŸΎ
