Proud of our first graders tonight! They rocked their performance!

These first graders rocked their play and then shared their proficency scales and evidence binders with their parents! They were so proud to show off all they have learned so far! GKE Wildcats

I LOVE this idea. Even though we constantly discuss growth mindset I still find myseld having to reassure students it okay not to know yet. This is a great visual.

Today we were "cookie geologist". We dug for different "minerals" that make up our rock cookies and found using physical properties we determined who had the same cookie as us.

The first graders GKE Wildcats had a wonderful day at the aquarium and beach. Hands down my favorite day of every school year!

Does anyone have any ideas how I can "present" my screen on Google Meet and still see my kiddos. Im glad I can share my screen, but I want to be able to see them at the same time. I tried logging in to the meeting on two devices, but the feedback was terrible. Thanks in advance.
