My biggest pet peeve as a coach. Coaches who use “I” or “ME” statements when talking about their team. - “My Offense” - “I called this play” - “My Team” Think about the message this sends. Shift the focus. - “Our Offense” - “We called this play” - “Our Team” WE > ME.

In good schools, the teachers and the administration are invested in the success of one another.  They respect each other, and they appreciate each other… because they realize that they’re all in it for the same reason: the KIDS!

Teachers… it’s not about the lesson; it’s about the learning.  Leaders… it’s not about the meeting; it’s about the collaboration.

Relationships transform.

Excited for all the gymnasium upgrades! Wall wrap, new bleachers, LED lighting, and brand new design and gym floor ready for the 2024-25 season.

Students remember some of their teachers.  They remember the ones who cared, the ones who were silly, the ones who tried to connect with students, the ones who always seemed to love their job.  EVERY teacher has the opportunity to be memorable.
