T is for Toy Story! I can’t think of a better way to celebrate being a friend and learning all about playing together! This week is going to be packed full of engaging learning, playing, and exploring!

Just in case you wondering if my preKs are engaged & excited about the things they are learning…this pumpkin was brought in on DAY 2 of our Toy Story learning! Because on day 1 the kiddo couldn’t stop talking about it when he got home! This teacher has a happy❤️Jamie

Each day this week we’ve been completing learning tasks to earn sheriff badges. Once we earned 3 badges, we earned a toy. Today we earned our 4th toy which made us official toy experts! Woody sent us this video to say Thank you & congrats! Tomorrow we’ll get a 1 from Bo & Jessie

Yesterday our learning was all about celebrating the wonderful Ms. Natalie! We practiced our numbers by rolling the dice and putting candles on her cake. We practiced our phonics by mixing up a birthday cake & matching letter sounds to the correct letter in our “butter.”

It’s Red Ribbon week JohnColemonElementary. Today’s dress up day is Drugs are a TRICK and not a treat, so we can wear costumes. Christy Brown and I chose to make our costume school-related. Elementary educators, most of you will appreciate this idea shared with us by Kelli Cessac

D is for dentist! Today we played “dentist!” I pulled out an object, we decided which letter it begins with, we wrote the letter, and then a “dentist” got to come up and brush away the “cavity” that looked like the letter! Jamie JohnColemonElementary
