What a day at my second home Acton District School ! ♥️ Started the morning with immense honour to be celebrating students, alongside their parents, at our Acton Achievers Awards ceremony. So many vast accomplishments! Proud is an understatement. 🤩🥰

Started the day with a school-wide rainbow 🌈 pic by grace, by lunch time Ms. Toniolo’s Foods class created delicious “food truck” options for the masses! Great skill, creativity and energy today Acton District School! #actonbearcats

The school day ended with our BC (Bearcat) Awards Acton District School What a treat to finally see live as I have only previously seen them virtually due to Covid. Mr. Brown & a select group of special staff created a fun and celebratory compilation of all our our awesome students! ♥️

My staff know me too well and I love them dearly for bringing me so much joy! My office assistant crew got me a wild selection, & a pair of “MM” socks for my new school from two lovelies! I am so fortunate to have been surrounded with such thoughtfulness! Saying goodbye is hard!

Last Friday, my “tour of duty” was commemorated by receiving a beautiful send off by admin team Kelli Pfeiffer & Kerrie Stoehr. They created my “sash & earned badges,” 🤣followed up with ice cream for staff. 😭 so thoughtful & I am grateful for the learning Acton District School. ♥️

A great reminder shared by @CurtisEnnisHDSB at our HDSB Leadership conference today: our greatest measure of courage is vulnerability.

What an awesome afternoon of learning and met two of the kindest, coolest, most unique and vulnerable people. Fay & Fluffy - you made the workshop sensational! 🌈 Thanks for the coordination, Ian Duncan! Rockstar as always.
