SO TRUE. I don't understand doing hybrid while streaming in my at home kids at the same time. Either shorten the day (I'll check in with at home kids in the PM) or allow me to teach new content to kids at school & provide material for home days (practice, videos, acitivities).

I'm hearing from many parents of young children of the heroic work teachers and administrators are doing to make the start of this surreal school year feel special. I'm not surprised. Educators are heroes. And are often left to fix the messes of the rest of society.
