Sharing my career with pupils during careers week had me😆 Felt like something from history! They were so shocked that when I did my teacher training at the predecessor school, I had to use a chalkboard! 👩‍🏫🤣 Look how far we've come and the wonderful facilities they now have! 🥰

I tried a new technique to help year 7 NUSA with organising their thoughts when completing longer answer questions. They worked so hard and the results were great! 🤩 I think I'll use it again and withdraw scaffolding and reduce the time as they become more experienced.

When you see a future teacher in action. This little Miss NUSA was awesome today😍 Her questioning technique, getting peers to read aloud and use of praise was fab! Shows that pupils are learning from us all the time, not just the curriculum content but life skills too😊
