I had a great time at Lark Rise Academy | Dunstable this afternoon, meeting the Year 6 pupils. I hope to see lots of them at open evening and look forward to being a part of their secondary journey. Thank you to Romina Lang for hosting me, look forward to seeing you at Queensbury next week.

Our students have so many great ideas! Giving us adults a run for our money! I learn so much spending time with them. Great things will come from this team!

We are so privileged to have Marley's Aart Foundation supporting us, a charity so close to our hearts. Our year 7 transition goes beyond September as we continue to build a sense of belonging.

My favourite bit of today is 4 year 8 girls asking to perform their Red Riding Hood Revolting Rhymes to me as part of our WOW week, then spontaneously bursting into performance in the canteen during lunch, in front of everyone without a care in the world! Queensbury Academy #WeCare

Tonight's Christmas Fayre was absolutely brilliant. Our first ever, but it certainly won't be our last. The community has supported this so much. I'm incredibly proud!

This week, I've spoken to 143 students who are proud of something they have achieved for our 1st WOW week. The conversations I enjoy the most are when students are proud of themselves because they have achieved something great,improved & just tried really hard. Queensbury Academy
