Yesterday was probably the last day that I could open the birdhouse to check on the baby bluebirds. They will be leaving the nest soon. Also, the tree swallows have been very busy in the other birdhouse. Copper Hill Mrs. Cook

I think the baby bluebirds are leaving us soon. I caught one peeking out of the birdhouse this morning. Copper Hill Mrs. Cook

I checked the bluebird box today and all the baby bluebirds have left the nest!

Tree swallow eggs in one birdhouse..should hatch next week. Bluebird nest number 2...should hatch around the 28th. Bummed that we won’t be here to see the babies. Copper Hill

Having fun trying to pick up “bird food” with warbler and duck beaks. We learned that different types of beaks are better for different types of food.
