Today, we got to learn about how Mr. Tim helps our school and let me tell you, the Building Manager has a BIG job! We were glad to ask questions and even talked about how we could make his job a bit easier by doing our best to clean up after ourselves! 😊

I am a bring lunch from home teacher, always have been. Today was a great day for my first school lunch as a teacher! It was delicious, and I'll definitely be looking for it on the menu again!

Kids feel sad. Just like grownups do at times. The important teaching is what to do when we're sad: how to stay safe while sad, what's comforting, and *if* there are things to mitigate the sadness next time. #lifeskills ❤️

These secret students were so patient waiting for their books! Leo loves cars and is kind, helpful, and curious! Avery is outgoing and loves gymnastics, basketball, and softball.

Culminating project and activity for our ecominics unit... 1st graders built their store and their products and then got to shop around the pod! A fun time was had by all and they spent all their money! Maybe we'll learn about saving next!

Santa came to visit 1sr grade! We were in awe!
