We attended a read aloud with Rabia Khokhar. We were inspired to make sure our class is an inclusive space of belonging where we are all proud of our identity.

On Wednesday for Wellness week we talked about taking time for ourselves. As a class and school we did mindful coloring.

Today for wellness week we wrote letters of appreciation and gratitude.

Our school came together during our wellness week to create a linked together with kindness and love chain. We display them proudly as a commitment to connection and kindness.

Exploring Role Models

We loved the read aloud with Yolanda T Marshall today. We danced and learned so much. We discussed how this book is a window or mirror for some of us. Thanks for the opportunity DPEquity

Some of our Catholic Education week reflections

Today we pause to refocus and reset our goals. We thought about our mindset and dedicated time to talking about how we can speak more positively to ourselves.

Today we explore the Blue zone. We discussed things that we could be feeling in the Blue zone and ways we might be acting. Then we played coping skills bingo to find ways that we can get ourselves into a happier zone.
