After a busy few days away it was back to lessons for Year 6 Wakefield Methodist as they tried to put historical periods in chronological order. Now we know where the Ancient Greek era fits we can find out what the Ancient Greeks did for us. #primaryhistory

Huge congratulations to this young lady from Wakefield Methodist who today became a British Gymnastic Champion alongside her partner in the acrobatic mixed pairs. We are all extremely proud of her 🏅🏆👏

It’s been a fab first week back in Year 4 Wakefield Methodist. All the children have worked extremely hard and we finished the week with a spot of science and some sport 🏉. My 2 favourite things 🤩. Have a fab weekend everyone ☀️

Year 4 Wakefield Methodist got the week off to a fab start as they developed their fundamental skills in PE. We are really hoping that our improved balance will help in all areas of the curriculum Get Set 4 Education School Games #primaryPE

It’s was a very busy morning in Year 4 Wakefield Methodist. In maths we used place value counters to help our understanding of flexible partitioning and we went on noun hunt in English and helped the author by adding adjectives to the text. Well done everyone 👏

Year 6 Wakefield Methodist have been enjoying developing their rugby skills in the sunshine this afternoon. We are getting to grips with how to pass. The next challenge is to pass it in the right direction 😂 Get Set 4 Education
