Meet the newest Cox Comet and future #1LISD student, my son! Finally feeling better after a rough first trimester- gotta say carrying this little fellow makes my work with teachers and students seem a heck of a lot more important! Every kid is someone’s baby. 🥹

Tomorrow is our first RTI of the year- I know this might sound weird, but RTI is one of my favorite days of the month. Rich conversations about how to serve kids, problem solving, and systems! This blue/gold gal is so dang happy!

I just had such a great conversation about our kids in 5th grade PLC that I was nearly brought to tears. Our teachers are growing kids. It is humbling to witness! #Cox_Comets
