Why do job applications still demand a 2:1 or higher as "essential"? My 2:2 doesn't make me a worse chemistry teacher.

Conversations about me being gay with a new class are always a minefield but the words ‘disgusting’ and ‘gross’ being thrown around, even by 10 year olds, is a gut punch. But hey, that’s what education is for!
